একটি উদ্ভাবনী, আইনী এবং সামাজিকভাবে দায়িত্বশীল সংস্থা হতে হবে, পেশাদার মানসম্পন্ন প্রশিক্ষণের চাহিদা পূরণ করতে হবে। আমরা বাংলাদেশ পুলিশের সদস্যদের প্রশিক্ষণ ও দক্ষতা উন্নয়নের মাধ্যমে তাদের পূর্ণ দক্ষতা  প্রয়োগে সক্ষম করা।
